RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of revocation is granted only to consumers, i.e. natural persons acting for purposes unconnected with the entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity they may possibly pursue. Therefore, you cannot make use of this right if you are a professional, i.e. a person acting within the scope of his trade, business, craft or profession, or if you act as an intermediary.
Time limit for requesting revocation.
The CUSTOMER shall have a period of 2 working days from the date of receipt of the product to return it. In any event, shipping costs will be borne by the CUSTOMER and the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Racquets can only be returned if there are clear signs of manufacturing defects.
What happens if I have made a mistake with the size?
If after receiving a product you wish to change the size, you can do so within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order. Please follow the steps below:
- Send an email, via our forminforming of the change and requesting the new size, making sure to specify the order number and all product information.
- When you receive our reply, please send the product in its original packaging, without having been used, retaining the labels and seals to the following address within a maximum of 14 days: G&B SPORT srl, via Concordia 12, 00183, Rome - Italy
- Once we have received and verified the status, we will proceed to resend the requested size.
Attention: Hispanica reserves the right to accept the return if it does not comply with the return policy and conditions set out above.

RETURN COSTS
The costs of returning the product are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Specific details on reimbursement
- For purchases made by bank transfer, a refund will be made by bank transfer.
- For purchases made with a credit card, the refund will be made by cancelling the transaction directly on the credit card.
- For purchases made via PayPal, the refund will be made by crediting the PayPal account.
