01. Order
When will I receive my order?
The order is processed within 48 hours after receipt of payment. A series of communications will follow to keep track of the progress of the order.
I now see longer delivery times for my order. How can I cancel it?
If your order has a longer delivery time than previously planned, you can of course cancel it. To do so, you can contact our customer service department via the form on page contacts. Our customer service will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will return to your current account. The timing of the crediting varies according to the provisions of your bank. When an order has already been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
02. Shipping
When will I receive my order?
The product is usually delivered within 3-4 days after order confirmation. At certain times of the year, there may be delays in the shipment of material due to the busy online shopping activity.
